Key responsibilities:

1. Assist in identifying and targeting potential new clients and business opportunities
2. Conduct thorough market research and analysis to support business development initiatives
3. Support the development of strategic business proposals and presentations
4. Participate actively in client meetings, calls, and pitches to gain practical business development experience
5. Assist in establishing, maintaining, and enhancing relationships with clients
6. Coordinate client communications, ensuring inquiries and issues are addressed promptly and professionally
7. Manage expectations of clients, ensuring clear and timely communication about project deliverables
8. Participate in client review and feedback sessions, incorporating constructive feedback into project improvements
9. Assist in developing and implementing innovative social media strategies to enhance online presence
10. Collaborate with the design team to create engaging social media content that reflects client brand identities
11. Facilitate content approval processes with clients and superiors
12. Develop compelling captions for social media posts and research appropriate hashtags to maximize post visibility and engagement
13. Publish approved content on appropriate social media platforms and execute resharing strategies to increase content exposure
14. Contribute to the development and execution of social media growth strategies, including follower engagement initiatives
15. Assist in the creation of content as required, including PowerPoint presentations and written content
16. Maintain detailed and accurate reports throughout the duration of projects, tracking progress, and documenting insights

Required:

1. Enrollment in or graduated from a degree program in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
2. Basic experience or understanding of social media management and digital marketing is advantageous
3. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
4. Outstanding time management and multitasking abilities
5. Enthusiastic and positive disposition, with a strong desire to learn and grow
6. Familiarity with current social media trends and technologies
