Acciojob is a Y Combinator-backed backed startup solving the employability problem in India. We run a 6-month program for college students/graduates to upskill themselves and break into software dev roles at top tech companies. Our students work at companies like Amazon, Walmart, Visa, Palo Alto Networks, Paytm, MakeMy Trip, Airtel, Tokopedia, Ola Electric, etc.
About the role - In edtech, people are everything. We have always been a people-centric company, but with a rapidly growing team and big changes coming our way, we need people who can market the company better and help in making AccioJob a household name.
You'll be working directly with the founders and the marketing team. We are looking for a person willing to commit to the long haul. This role is meant for a person who is a hustler and is passionate about marketing and is willing to take ownership of different tasks assigned.
Key responsibilities:
1. Work on creating, planning, and executing the B2B funnel
2. Develop and implement an integrated marketing plan which would include online and offline marketing to maximize the value of customer lifecycle and retention
3. Work on owning various marketing projects along with its operations
4. Work on campaign planning (planning, budgeting, calendar finalization, innovations), analyzing the market, competition, and consumer behavior to deliver insights and inputs into communication planning and development
5. Research, write, and edit content for our owned channels, work closely with a range of cross-functional teams product managers, design, PR, and more to identify compelling stories and create content

Important details:
1. CTC: 5-10 LPA (depending upon your work experience and your interview performance)
