Mechatronics & Mechanical Engineering Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work with the biomedical team to study user
2. Work with development teams and product managers to ideate solutions
3. Build the visual design and 3D design of the solution
4. Develop and manage to function
5. Test to ensure efficiency
6. Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade the solution

Requirements:

1. Bachelors and/or master in design from NIFT or NID
2. Technical knowledge of different materials
3. Hands-on experience in project delivery, specifically in the design and manufacturing of products
4. Good understanding of project economics, value chain, and project development
5. Strong communications skills, being able to present their idea within the technical and non-technical audience and to constructively engage entrenched or opposing views
6. Culturally sensitive and able to build strong relationships with vendors, workers, and stakeholders
7. Strong enterprising capabilities to identify, explore & facilitate new opportunities
8. Very organized, with excellent attention to detail, ability to multitask, and set priorities
9. Creative thinking, understanding of the wider agenda, and an ability to generate actionable ideas that capture attention in a noisy and qualitative space
10. Keen to learn and understand customer needs
11. Ability to identify problems worth solving, agile mindset, and a passion for end-to-end delivery
12. Good interpersonal & collaborative skills and initiative: ability to develop strong working relationships within teams and across the organization and on a need-basis be able to professionally interface with industry counterparts; effectively establish and handle contacts with stakeholders of all types and at all different levels in the organization
