Must have good knowledge of PR

Proficient in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint)

Well aware of the current scenario i.e. economic, social, and political

Should have a go-getter attitude

Excellent communication skills, time management, and multitasking skills

Good understanding of media software e.g. TAM, BARC, IRS will be an add-on

Good knowledge of social media platforms like Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 6 months

Salary during probation: ₹15,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 15%

3. Other incentives: 5%
