Educational & Professional Background
1. Qualification-Bachelor's degree in Ayurveda, pharmacy, life sciences, or a related field.
2. Experience-1-3 years of experience in Ayurvedic or pharmaceutical sales (freshers with strong knowledge can also be considered).
3. Certification-Additional training or certification in Ayurvedic medicine is a plus.
Soft Skills & Personal Attributes
1. Passion for Ayurveda-Genuine interest in Ayurvedic medicine and natural healing practices.
2. Good Presentation Skills-Ability to conduct product demonstrations and training sessions.
3. Strong Negotiation Skills-Ability to convince doctors, pharmacists, and distributors to adopt Ayurvedic products.
4. Self-Motivated & Target-Driven-Ability to work independently and meet sales targets consistently.
5. Adaptability & Learning Ability-Willingness to learn new Ayurvedic formulations and market trends.
Work Preferences & Requirements
1. Willingness to Travel-Comfortable with extensive fieldwork and meeting clients regularly.
2. Local Market Knowledge-Familiarity with the regional Ayurveda market, competitors, and customer preferences.
3. Valid Driving License & Two-Wheeler-Preferred for ease of travel in assigned territories.
4. Proficiency in Local Language-Ability to communicate effectively with doctors and clients in the local dialect.
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,60,000 - 4,80,000 /year
