About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Scheduling appointments with doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to promote company products
2. Keeping abreast of new developments in the medical field to determine the effect of such developments on the company s business strategies
3. Building and maintaining good business relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases
4. Following up on leads generated by the company
5. Preparing presentations for potential customers
6. Monitoring and analyzing data and market conditions to identify competitive advantages
7. Researching competitors medications and their respective market performances
8. Managing distribution channel members such as stockists, distributors, and chemists
9. Handling sales promotion activities
10. Attending and organizing conferences and meetings
11. Assessing clients needs and presenting suitable promoted products
12. Providing product information and delivering product samples
13. Promoting the brand to healthcare professionals and generating prescriptions
14. Meeting stockists and distributors and maintaining proper inventory
15. Adhering to the norms
16. Maintaining the call average and achieving the set objectives

Skill(s) required

Marketing Pharmacovigilance Sales

Other requirements

D. Pharm, B. Pharm, BSc. or MSc. graduate

Non-science graduates can also be considered, subject to their experience as medical representatives and scientific knowledge

Experience in promoting Ayurveda products may be preferred

Freshmen can also be considered with a D. Pharm, B. Pharm, or BSc./MSc. graduate degree

Pursue continuous learning and professional development and stay up-to-date with the latest medical data

Good communication skills and the ability to connect with the customers

Scientific knowledge of the company's product with USPs, product mix, etc. Knowledge of the competitors’ product mix, brands, etc., in clinic performance and selling effectiveness, customer relationship establishment and maintenance for the furtherance of business, computer skills and knowledge, and territory knowledge

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,57,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 95.61%

2. Variable component: 3%

3. Other incentives: 1.39%

Additional information

Salary: Up to 30K depending on experience/education
