Good communication skills and the ability to connect with the customers
Scientific knowledge of the company's product with USPs, product mix, etc. Knowledge of the competitors’ product mix, brands, etc., in clinic performance and selling effectiveness, customer relationship establishment and maintenance for the furtherance of business, computer skills and knowledge, and territory knowledge
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,57,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 95.61%
2. Variable component: 3%
3. Other incentives: 1.39%
