Key responsibilities:

1. Work on new CMT and garment manufacturer identification.
2. Do the evaluation of new suppliers.
3. Ensure and enhance the performance of existing and new suppliers.
4. Focus on quality management and improvement.
5. Ensure the agreed lead time of orders.
6. Ensure the performance of subordinates.
7. Work on order and inventory management.
8. Plan warehousing & logistics for upcoming shipments.
9. Ensure smooth functioning of the warehouses for all shipments.
