Merchandising & Sourcing Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Report directly to the head of sourcing, and founders in implementing sourcing and merchandising strategy for our B2B marketplace
2. Assist in managing a team of merchandising & sourcing trainees with daily operations coordination and monitoring goals
3. Identify independent brands across categories assigned to onboard as suppliers for our B2B marketplace
4. Research consumer trends, assortment, and pricing across categories and contribute to building a portfolio and merchandising on our platform
5. Manage listings, pricing, and inventory on own and third-party platforms for the assigned portfolio

Requirements:

1. Graduates from NIFT, PEARL, and FDDI are preferred, but open to candidates from other backgrounds with exposure to merchandising
