Role Overview: As a MERN Full Stack Developer, you'll be involved in the development of cutting-edge web applications. Your expertise in the MERN stack, combined with knowledge in scalability and security, will play a pivotal role in crafting state-of-the-art solutions tailored for large user volumes and superior performance.
Key responsibilities:
1. Architect, develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications using the MERN stack.
2. Design solutions ensuring scalability, and handling large user volumes smoothly.
3. Implement best-in-class security practices to protect web applications.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
5. Lead code reviews ensuring adherence to best practices.
6. Stay abreast with emerging technologies and infuse new techniques into the team's workflow.
7. Guide and mentor junior developers, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous growth.
Preferred Skills & Competencies:
1. MongoDB: Mastery in designing and managing databases, implementing CRUD operations, optimizing performance, and ensuring database scalability.
2. Express.js: Skilled in setting up middlewares, routing, handling requests/responses, and integrating security middleware like helmet.js.
3. React.js: Profound knowledge in component-based architecture, hooks, state management, and React Router. Familiarity with tools like Redux or Context API. Well-versed in front-end security practices.
4. Node.js: Expertise in creating scalable backend applications, understanding event-driven architecture, and mastering asynchronous programming. Experienced in load balancing and distributed systems management.
5. Scalability: Proven experience in caching, server optimization, and load balancing to support large user bases. Security: Comprehensive understanding of web security practices including JWT authentication, OAuth, CORS, CSRF, XSS prevention, and encryption techniques.
6. Additional Skills: Familiarity with RESTful services and proficient understanding of ES6+ features.
