About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Perform design, configure, customize and implement responsive and effective LMS systems
2. Implement multi-tenancy scalable Moodle architecture
3. Integrate with plugins when required, write scripts to automate Moodle routines and processes
4. Plan and implement API integrations with third parties when required
5. Analyze business processes, and user requirements to establish Moodle
6. Support Moodle/PHP implementations and resolve any technical issues
7. Write backend code and build efficient Moodle/custom module developments
8. Develop backend portals with an optimized database in MySQL
9. Integrate data storage solutions
10. Work on the integration of the new templates in Moodle
11. Handle the testing of applications using the PHP unit
12. Update and alter application features to enhance performance

Who can apply

1. Must have troubleshooting application and code issues on LMS build based on Moodle

2. Strong knowledge of Moodle: At least 2 years of experience in Moodle

3. Customization, custom module development, and SSO (Single Sign-On)

4. The knowledge of integration of HTML theme with Moodle

5. Experience with LMS web services

6. 2 years of experience in LAMP stack. Linux, PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, AJAX, Apache, and Moodle LMS

7. Thorough understanding of various Moodle modules and experience in customizing Moodle functionalities and developing custom themes for Moodle

8. 1 year of experience in integrating plug-ins and writing new plug-ins to extend the Moodle system core features

9. 1 year of experience in XML data structures and web services (SOA)

10. 1 year of experience in MySQL and other RDBMS

11. 1 years of experience in AJAX, jQuery, JavaScript, CSS, HTML5 and XHTML

12. Proven experience with Moodle API and integration with third-party systems will be an added advantage

13. Experience in managing AWS Environment would be an added advantage Knowledge of Zend, Joomla, Drupal, or WordPress would be a plus

14. Engineering in computer science or masters in computer applications (MCA) or equivalent

Salary

Annual CTC: 3.5 - 4.5 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 90%

2. Variable component: 5%

3. Other incentives: 5%
