Motion Graphic Designer Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Deliver the assigned volume of creative designs within the prescribed deadlines
2. Collaborate with the creative team to develop creative solutions like brochures, logo designs, flyers, and other marketing collaterals and then translate those solutions accordingly
3. Be creative and avoid monotonous designs
4. Prioritize and manage multiple creative projects within brand guidelines
5. Perform retouching and manipulation of images as per the creative requirements
6. Be organized, self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and experiment

Skill and requirements:

1. Proficient knowledge of all major design software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Premiere Pro, color grading, image corrections
2. Bachelor s degree or diploma in graphic design or a related field; bonus: video editing skills and/or relevant degree in video making
3. Good communication and presentation skills, verbal and written, in both individual and group situations for the purpose of knowledge transfer and skill development
4. Be able to maintain a positive attitude within a fast-paced environment
5. You have a portfolio that demonstrates experience in design thinking and powerful conceptualizations
6. Candidate must possess a high level of creativity and must be able to think out of the box
7. Candidate must be very patient and composed by nature, must not crack under pressure
