Motion Graphic Designer Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Design and create video content using motion graphics
2. Prepare design plan, concept, and layout for motion graphic project
3. Assist in selecting colors, animation, etc. for design
4. Design and create mood boards and storyboards as and where required
5. File collection and sync audio and video files
6. Create 2D animation in Adobe After Effects
7. Edit graphics in Photoshop and Illustrator
8. Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images, and tone)
9. Maintain and follow best practices for versioning control, naming convention, and organization of graphic files
10. Work with editors and other junior designers to resolve technical and/or design issues
11. Ensure compliance with company guidelines and design standards
12. Maintain up-to-date knowledge about the latest graphic design techniques
13. Research and analyze the best design techniques and solutions to create motion graphics
14. Participate in a brainstorming session to share new design perspectives and ideas
