Non-Tech Application Support Analyst (International School Computer Apps) Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Learn the applications being installed for the school and train the teachers and other staff later
2. Manage computer applications at an international school (9 am to 3 pm) (these are standard web applications for which training will be provided)
3. Assist teachers and principals in training on tech products in the school
4. Resolve software-related issues & help with tools/small tasks on the tools (the person will work with the tech team)
5. Perform administrator role for the software product at the school (to setup, install, configure, setup user-ids & other setup tasks)
6. Ensure technology continuity at the school; coordinate with stakeholders
7. Support end-user testing
