About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Managing the visitor log, greeting and directing visitors, and ensuring their safety and security while on site
2. Handling office coordination, which includes managing office supplies, equipment, and maintenance needs
3. Assisting with computer operations, such as managing the organization's records online and addressing IT-related needs
4. Managing social media marketing, which involves creating and publishing engaging content on various platforms and tracking engagement metrics
5. Supporting test administration, which includes handling registration, scheduling, and logistics for candidates taking exams on-site

Note: Other than the compensation, the organization offers a performance bonus of up to 10% of the CTC, disbursed yearly.

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple visitors while maintaining a welcoming and professional environment

Tech-savvy with experience in troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues

Creative, innovative, and understanding of social media marketing (a plus)

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring seamless testing procedures

Minimum of 2 years of experience in office administration and management in a fast-paced environment

Graduation degree and strong English communication skills to manage internal and external stakeholders

Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer programs

Ability to work independently and as part of a proactive problem-solving team

Knowledge of social media marketing and ability to create engaging content for target audiences

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 20%
