About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Show active participation in vendor management
2. Maintain admin records
3. Coordinate the internal activities of the organization like supervising housekeeping operations
4. Maintain all office supplies like stationery, pantry stuff, supplies, etc.
5. Retrieve, communicate, and update all invoice details every month
6. Receive, redirect, and maintain all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including couriers, bills, vendors, supplies, etc.
7. Maintain strong relationships with vendors
8. Work on travel bookings
9. Work closely with the finance team and assist them with accounting and bookkeeping activities
