Office Assistant Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Answering phone calls and responding to emails
2. Greeting clients and visitors and directing them to the appropriate personnel
3. Providing administrative support to various departments
4. Maintaining records and files
5. Performing data entry and data analysis
6. Scheduling appointments and meetings
7. Coordinating office activities and operations
8. Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages
9. Performing other administrative duties as assigned
10. Working to provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office
11. Performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks
12. Providing excellent customer service to clients, answering phone calls, responding to emails, maintaining records and files, and performing various other administrative duties

Required:

1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. Proven experience as an office assistant or in a related field
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Strong organizational and time management skills
6. Ability to multitask and work independently
7. Attention to detail and accuracy
8. Professionalism and excellent customer service skills

Note - Working Conditions: The office assistant may be required to work in an office environment, which may include sitting or standing for extended periods. They may also be required to work occasional evenings and weekends.
