Key responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily office tasks and manage administrative duties
2. Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate internal events
3. Handle calls, emails, and front-desk responsibilities professionally
4. Maintain records, documentation, and office inventory
5. Assist different departments with internal communication and reporting
6. Support a positive and organized work environment
