Office Assistant Job

My Stocktally Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant with expertise in Advanced Excel. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in working with complex Excel functions and be a graduate from a recognized institution.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Efficiently manage and maintain office records, documentation, and files.
2. Utilize Advanced Excel for data analysis, report generation, and maintaining spreadsheets.
3. Work with Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, and Data Validation.
4. Assist in daily administrative tasks including handling emails, calls, and coordination.
5. Support the team with data entry, maintaining databases, and generating MIS reports.
6. Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow.
7. Maintain confidentiality and ensure data accuracy.

Requirements:

1. Educational Qualification: Minimum graduate in any field.
2. Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Advanced Excel.
3. Strong knowledge of Excel formulas, pivot tables, data visualization, and automation.
4. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
5. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
6. High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

1. Experience handling administrative tasks.
2. Familiarity with other office software and tools.
3. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
