1. Execute every item on the daily to-do list
2. Work hand-in-hand with various departments at Avaesa to ensure smooth operations
3. Plan and coordinate events
4. Serve as a point of contact for employees in the event of personal issues or emergencies
5. Use the assigned petty cash fund wisely and keep accurate records of the funds disbursed
6. Oversee budgeting, accounting, auditing, and planning
7. Properly manage and restock Avaesa's resources as and when needed (eg. toiletries, tissues, etc.)
8. Ensure the timely opening and closing of the premises
9. Ensure the proper execution of all in-office activities, such as housekeeping, security, and adherence to COVID-19 protocol among others
