Requirements:
1. Strong experience in one or more OOP languages such as Java, C#, or Python
2. Solid understanding of OOP concepts, design patterns, and software development best practices
3. Experience with Agile development methodologies
4. Experience with version control systems such as Git
5. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
6. Strong verbal and written communication skills
7. Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
