OP Billing Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Complete the billing process in a timely and accurate manner
2. Follow QMS protocol for billing services
3. Screen patient's files and bill the right services to the patient
4. Provide patients with information regarding advised investigations and procedures and inform/explain to the patients/attendants regarding the process of services
5. Ensure smooth operations of corporate clients and bill as per the MoU
6. Recheck and validate every billing service once again before printing the bill
7. Ensure better and smoother coordination with doctors, nurses, technicians, and staff member
8. Maintain all the records as per the standard procedure
9. Bill, generate invoices, maintain daily scrolls, provide cash/credit/corporate billing and discount information to customers
10. Submit deposited cash/cheque/drafts/credit slips to finance
11. Hold responsibility for short cash, fake currency, and opening and closing of shift
12. Seek approval for any cancelation or refund of any services from HOD
13. Control cost and expenditure related to department stationery and electricity
14. Resolve billing and charge ability queries raised by internal and external patients
15. Receive and file the discount approvals in respective files
16. Enter and get the discounts acknowledged under the respective heads
17. Interface with lab and other diagnostic areas for patient investigation reports

20
