Operation Associate Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Help over 100 students to achieve their goals of landing a software development job by collaborating with founders, curriculum team, placement team, technical and product team
2. Help in the execution of strategies to achieve the company's objective i.e to increase the placement percentage from enrollment to over 70%
3. Help us identify gaps and areas for improvement in our course delivery, allowing us to make ongoing enhancements and ensure that our learners receive the best possible education
4. Help drive changes in course curriculum and product flow through the incorporation of high-quality user feedback and the maintenance of high student course satisfaction
5. Track and analyze the performance of every student in your batch, identify students who may be at risk of falling behind or struggling with the course, and provide them with the support they need to succeed

Skills & Requirements:

1. A bachelor's degree in any field
2. Experience with data analysis, hands-on with Excel/ Google Sheets
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to manage and lead a team to achieve results
5. Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
6. 1+ year of experience in Operations of the Ed-tech industry (good to have)
7. Tech savviness is expected as a keen interest in keeping up with the ever-evolving Tech industry (good to have)
8. Basic SQL (good to have)
