Key responsibilities:

1. Work on the day-to-day management of the relationship with multiple franchise partners
2. Provide general business and operational guidance
3. Drive company goals, and maximize the franchise operator's investment
4. Facilitate and assist with quality communications between all franchise
5. Support departments and individuals within the franchise operator
6. Develop business & action plans relative to franchise development
7. Assist franchise operators in understanding and maintaining proper inventory levels sufficient to satisfy customer demand and business growth
