About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work closely with AccioJob students on helping them get their dream job (counseling, job readiness, feedback)
2. Build a feedback mechanism to ensure students are always on track and actively implement suggestions given by our students
3. Identify the key metrics to measure the success of the training
4. Manage expectations with all the stakeholders (students, mentors, founders & mock interviewers)
