Operations And Business Development Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Spearhead day-to-day on-ground operations within Pune, which include lead generation, sales pitch, interaction with parents, managing and train team leads and coaches
2. Actively participate in designing month-long activities, training coaches and evaluating performance
3. Conceptualize and implement a marketing strategy to create awareness and execute engaging activities for societies
4. Engage with students and staff within the societies and keep track of all their sports, health & wellness, and fitness requirements
5. Evaluate the reach and impact of the program and recommend solutions for larger engagement
6. take charge of all sports-related budgeting & accounting, compliance & documentation processes
7. Facilitate research and key competitor benchmarking
