Operations Associate Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage the daily order book and ensure timely delivery & pick-up of the orders
2. Coordinate with the operations executives and ensure that the SOPs are followed and SLAs are met
3. Work on coordinating with customers in case of any order-related issues
4. Resolve order-related issues on a priority basis and ensure a great customer experience
5. Work on coordinating with 3rd party courier partners for any delivery/pick-up-related issues
6. Work on assisting the operations manager with status updates and preparing reports


Requirements:

1. B. Tech/B.E. or UG in any specialization
2. Proficiency with Microsoft Office
3. Good communication skills - English & Hindi
4. Comfortable working with multiple departments within the business
5. 0 to 1 year of experience in a similar role (freshers are welcome)
