About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work closely with AccioJob students on helping them get their dream job (counseling, job readiness, and feedback)
2. Build a feedback mechanism to ensure students are always on track
3. Implement the suggestions actively given by our students
4. Identify the key metrics to measure the success of the training
5. Manage expectations with all the stakeholders (students, mentors, founders, & mock interviewers)

Requirements:

1. Willingness to join immediately or within a week
2. Strong communication and people management skills
