Operations Associate Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Marketplaces - Managing our brand across all marketplaces such as Amazon and Flipkart & ensuring the operations are smooth on all the platforms
2. Vendor Relations - Identifying new vendors and managing existing vendor relations for both packaging & raw materials
3. Procurement - Raising purchase orders on time to ensure we always have quantities above safety stock
4. Logistics - Coordinating with logistics partners to ensure all our shipments are delivered on time, tracking the metrics & ensuring our RTOs and rejections are below permissible limits
5. Warehouse Management - Updating ERP software to maintain real-time inventory & ensuring we follow a FIFO mechanism for the stock
