Key responsibilities:

1. Managing end-to-end order dispatch including shipment processing, tracking, following up on pick-up exceptions, etc.
2. Managing the logistics dashboard, monitoring deliveries, weight discrepancies, and flagging issues
3. Managing marketplace vendor relationships and communicating with them for dispatch delays, pick-up queries, or any other brand/shipment-related query
4. Auditing the listing of partners on the partner dashboard at regular intervals to ensure that the information uploaded is correct

Skills & requirements:

1. Highly motivated individual willing to work in a challenging early-age startup & is willing to wear multiple hats
2. Good understanding of Excel/Google Sheets (basic functionalities such as VLOOKUP, PivotTable, etc.)
3. Good command of the English language
4. Work experience of 0-1 year
