Key responsibility: Solve day-to-day queries of customers through emails (in-house process)

Skills required:

1. Able to understand the customer and then solve queries accordingly
2. Quick decision-maker and fast learner
3. Result oriented & able to deliver within timelines
4. Able to maintain patience in case the customers are stressed out of upset

Requirements:
