Operations Coordinator Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on directing and managing the day-to-day activities of the organization s operations, typically through subordinate operations managers
2. Maintain regular engagement with key client contacts
3. Work on the development of the operational talent pool by optimizing the skills of the existing team, in partnership with our internal recruitment teams to attract the very best external talent
4. Have a well-defined communication and engagement model in place to ensure that all the teams understand the performance of the business
5. Work on selecting, effectively managing and coaching operations managers
6. Work on setting and reviewing organizational objectives
7. Manage client engagement

Required:

1. Someone who loves providing a smooth and seamless customer experience
2. Someone who can make the best use of limited resources provided to them to get the job done at minimum cost
3. Someone who is good at transforming and introducing new processes, systems and frameworks to ensure manufacturing efficiency
4. If you are good in quality assurance and have a keen eye for detail provide our clients with the finest and most refined products
5. Any graduates or postgraduates eligible
6. Ability to demonstrate achievement of results
7. Excellent leadership, people management, communication and influencing skills at a senior level
8. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
9. Ability to translate business strategy into day-to-day delivery
10. Ability to manage and influence key stakeholders
