Are you an experienced operations executive with knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word? AegisCovenant is looking for a qualified individual to join our team as an operations executive.
Key responsibilities:
1. Work on the backend - endorsements and cancellations
2. Conduct data analysis
3. Develop and implement business strategies to improve productivity
4. Use MS Excel and Word to create reports and carry out data analysis
5. Monitor and track the performance of operations and identify areas for improvement
6. Resolve operational problems and provide solutions
7. Create reports
