UniAcco is currently looking for an operations executive who is eager to use their comprehensive knowledge of MS-Excel, MS Office, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint to create and improve our operational processes. As an integral part of our operations team, you would be expected to provide vital support in day-to-day operations.
The successful candidate must have excellent English language skills, both spoken and written. The ideal candidate should be highly attentive to detail and have the ability to multitask efficiently.
Key responsibilities:
1. Manage the day-to-day operational activities
2. Develop strategies to increase efficiency and productivity
3. Implement and review procedures for operations
4. Track and analyze performance data
5. Work with teams to ensure operational processes are maintained
6. Establish and enhance communication between departments and external stakeholders
Education: A bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred
Sales Experience: Experience in sales or sales management, preferably in a B2C environment
Should have a deep understanding of the sales process and sales strategies
CRM and Sales Technology: Should have experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software, sales automation, and other sales technology tools
Communication: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for sales operations executives. Should be able to communicate effectively with team members, senior management, and external stakeholders
Customer Focus: Should have a strong customer focus and be able to develop strategies that meet customer needs and expectations
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 4,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 20%
