Key responsibilities:

1. Working with the business to identify system enhancements that enable the business to meet its growth/vision goals while challenging requests to ensure they meet business needs and add value
2. Communicating and collaborating proactively with stakeholders to analyze information needs and functional requirements
3. Evaluating, analyzing, and communicating system requirements continuously and keeping track of checks and balances of processes
4. Partnering with other stakeholder teams across the business to work on improving operational efficiency, revenue growth, and Pan India expansion
5. Managing conflicting priorities and communicating effectively with clients
6. Maintaining and reporting key performance indicator (KPI) metrics to upper management

Salary

Probation:
