About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Handle the overall responsibilities of coordination and execution of ongoing supply projects of the division
2. Work on relationship management with the existing and potential partners, to serve as SPOC for all sub-partners
3. Work on vendor management by ensuring timely processing of the orders, quality assurance, TAT compliance & reporting, invoicing and accounting formalities
4. Work on supply management and coordinate with different verticals in the division for smooth and timely delivery of products to the partners
5. Take partner feedback and undertake regular field visits to identify gaps, monitor and work on the improvement of the ongoing projects
6. Work on the creation of effective monitoring & tracking processes, and preparation of monthly reports as per partners' requirements

Required:

1. Work experience: 2-3 years experience in operations management; experience of handling supply-led operations and project implementation is preferred. However, it will not be a mandatory requirement
2. Postgraduation: MBA/Masters in rural/social domain preferred
3. Thorough knowledge of MS Office
4. Ability to handle complex assignments independently
5. Understanding of rural markets & product distribution management
6. Ability to work with ambiguity and take a systematic, structured view of situations
7. Ability to interact with partners, senior management, and senior government officials
8. Able to plan, manage and drive own efforts to successfully deliver partner commitments
9. Willingness and ability to handle multiple projects with competing deadlines, work with individuals who have different working styles and manage challenging expectations
10. Taking ownership of each project by doing what is needed at all phases of the process, anticipating the next steps and ability to prioritize in own workload to realign resources where/when needed
11. High drive, energy, and work ethic; creative, flexible, and adaptive in leading change
