Operations Manager Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Handling the exhibitor queries regarding the stall fabrication guidelines, hall structure & operations guidelines
2. Handling venue management/working on the costing
3. Finding the right vendors & hiring the vendors
4. Negotiating the prices with the vendors
5. Coordinating with the fabricator between the client & organizer
6. Getting the hall prepared before the showtime
7. Checking all the vendors work properly
8. Preparing the guidelines for the booth construction for the fabricator & exhibitors
9. Visiting all the tradeshows to improvise the standard of our show
10. Preparing the exhibitor manual
11. Coordinating to organize the technical seminars, conference
12. Working on data search from Google & handling the SMS & email campaign on the database

Requirements:

1. Strong body-built person and able to work for long hours during the exhibition time
2. Self-motivated with a passion to achieve
3. Good conviction & presentations skills
4. Pleasing personality
5. Excellent communication skills both in English & Hindi
