As a multi-tasking operations executive with a focus on business development, social media marketing, operations, vendor onboarding, and recruitment, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the day-to-day activities of the organization and ensure that all operations run smoothly across multiple areas.
Key responsibilities:
1. Work on business development and develop new business opportunities, identify potential clients, and build relationships with them to increase revenue and achieve growth targets
2. Work on social media marketing and manage the organization's social media channels, create engaging content, and develop social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to the company's website
3. Handle operations and oversee day-to-day operations, including supply chain management, inventory control, logistics, and production management, to ensure that all operations are running smoothly and efficiently
4. Work on vendor onboarding by identifying and onboarding new vendors, negotiating contracts, and managing relationships with existing vendors to ensure quality products and services are delivered on time
5. Handle recruitment by managing the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring new employees, and ensuring that the organization has the right talent to achieve its goals
1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Delhi, Greater Noida, Noida and neighboring cities
