The operations manager is responsible for the end-to-end business enabling the personal care brand - Sacred Grove. The individual will be the POC for vendor management across sales, manufacturing, packaging, legal and product operations. The individual will be responsible for enabling business growth across product lines, categories, geographies, and operating models. Flexi-hours can be accommodated basis of specific requests
Key responsibilities:
1. Prepare and share the project approach on batch manufacturing basis goals
2. Manage end-to-end product operations which includes getting the formulated product to manufacturing
3. Inventory and supply management for two warehouses
4. Build on existing or find new vendor partnerships basis business need
5. Own the consumer trial chassis, including setting up and running trials
12th graduate/diploma
Enterprising individual- self-starter
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English/Hindi
Self-motivated and able to adapt to changing environments with ease
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,40,000 /year
