1. Receive & make calls, email & chat from our travel partners, provide information/updates
2. Troubleshoot and resolve issues, collaborate across functions, to solve escalated cases
3. Converse with our travel agents to educate, and promote our products and services
4. Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
5. Gather and document relevant information from call/chat/email to build future strategies
6. Learn and practice on existing and new products offered operations
7. Help in policy issuances - process and issue new insurance policies and endorsements
8. Handle policy amendments and cancellations as requested
9. Coordination with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely issuances of policies
10. Resolve issues or discrepancies related to policies and claims, escalating more complex issues as needed
2. Proficiency in Hindi and English; knowledge of regional languages is a plus
3. Familiarity with MS Office and customer service systems
4. 1-2 years of experience in the travel industry
5. Prior experience as a travel consultant or travel agent
6. Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
7. Personable and attentive demeanor
