An Organizational Psychologist at Kapable will be responsible for conducting individual or group training sessions for working professionals. These sessions will be aimed at helping them understand skill gaps in their career growth and developing their soft skills such as communication, leadership, teamwork, problem-solving, time management, and more.

Key responsibilities:

1. Conducting training sessions on various soft skills topics
2. Assessing the training needs of individuals or groups and customizing training programs accordingly.
3. Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making necessary improvements based on feedback from participants.
4. Coordinating with other trainers or subject matter experts to ensure that training programs are comprehensive and up-to-date.
5. Collaborating with management to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies for addressing them.
6. Providing coaching and feedback to participants to help them improve their soft skills.
7. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in soft skills training and incorporating them into training programs.
