About the job
We are looking for an intern to join the OneupGrad team where the intern will be responsible for lead activation through the alumni base.

Key responsibilities:

1. The incumbent will be responsible to reach out to the alumni who have completed courses from the sister companies and generate interest in upGrad programs
2. The incumbent will be responsible for quality lead activation which will then be transferred to the sales team (40-50 connected calls daily)
3. Will be responding for daily reporting of the lead activation activity
4. Will be deriving insights from the data available and defining strategy for the sales team to improve the overall performance of the sales individual

Skills Required:

1. Background in Sales and Marketing
2. Excellent Communication skills - written & verbal
3. Excellent problem-solving and management skills
4. Strong persuasion skills and active listening
5. Very strong drive to develop insights from data sets to enable informed decision-making for the function

Annual CTC: 2 - 4.5 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:
