Event Management Manager Job (Part time)

Key responsibilities:

1. Event Planning & Coordination:
Understand event requirements and objectives from stakeholders.
Create detailed event plans and timelines.
Coordinate all event operations, including venue, catering, d cor, transportation, and logistics.

2. Budget Management:
Prepare budgets and ensure adherence.
Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to optimize cost without compromising quality.

3. Team & Vendor Management:
Lead internal teams and delegate responsibilities.
Hire and coordinate with external partners such as caterers, decorators, AV technicians, and security.

4. Marketing & Promotion:
Promote events through social media, email campaigns, ads, and offline marketing.
Coordinate with the marketing team for branding and promotion strategies.

5. On-Site Event Management:
Oversee the setup, running, and teardown of the event.
Handle unexpected issues and last-minute changes calmly and professionally.

6. Client & Guest Management:
Liaise with clients to ensure satisfaction.
Ensure a high-quality guest experience and resolve any guest concerns.

7. Post-Event Activities:
Conduct post-event evaluations and prepare reports.
Gather feedback and analyze success factors and areas for improvement.
