About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Design and deliver engaging training sessions on various soft skills topics such as communication, teamwork, and leadership
2. Identify training needs and develop customized programs to meet the specific requirements of our participants
3. Conduct assessments to measure the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback for continuous improvement
4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of training initiatives with organizational goals and objectives
5. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in soft skills training, incorporating innovative techniques into our programs
6. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, encouraging growth and development among our participants
7. Build strong relationships with stakeholders and partners to enhance the reach and impact of our training programs
