About the job
What is the larger purpose and impact of this role? The goal of this role is to grow overall sales from respective territories by ensuring all appropriate hotels partner with MiStay and build a trustworthy relationship with them for mutually growing the business.

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on new hotel partnership - meet new hotels as per the plan, pitch MiStay's concept and partnership proposal, do the contracting, and get the hotels on-boarded
2. Work on relationship management - manage very healthy relationships with the partner hotels in the respective territories by periodically meeting them and collaborating with them to maximize their sales & revenue
3. Work on rate competitiveness - consistently monitor and ensure the rates of the hotels are competitive or else discuss with the hotels to get rates revised
4. Work on inventory allocation - get the required inventory allocated to MiStay by the hotel
5. Work on performance analysis - analyze the monthly performance of hotels, identify opportunities for improvement, and discuss the analysis with the partner for improving performance further

Skills & Requirements:

1. The candidate shall be open to travel as per the requirements
2. Ambitious & entrepreneurial candidate with strong business acumen
3. Passion for sales & relationship management
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Candidates with 0-2 years of experience are preferred

Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: 28,000 - 35,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: 4 - 5 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 10%

3. Other incentives: 10%
