Key responsibilities:

1. Mentoring and coaching students for CBSE & JEE (Advanced & Mains)/Olympiad/KVPY/ NTSE/SAT, using an offline mode
2. Working on subject-related counseling/guidance sessions and mentoring programs
3. Delivering academic and counseling sessions offline & online
4. Preparing the lesson plans, delivering lectures, and engaging the students in the discussion process
5. Resolving the doubts of students & providing them with the best practice lessons for being efficient based on diagnostic tests
6. Conducting demos (seminars, webinars, and inductions programs for students and parents) abroad
7. Conducting content research/development/analytics i.e. creating & upgrading teaching material, sample papers, and study materials
8. Conducting group discussions for students so they can solve the problems amongst themselves
9. Inspiring students, getting them into discussions, and developing their skill sets
10. Training fellow mates/junior consultants
11. Conducting quality checks

Skills & Requirements:

1. Sound knowledge of mathematics/physics/chemistry (foundation/IIT-JEE/NEET level)
2. Passion for excellence in academics and being tech-savvy with computers and the internet
3. Inclination towards academics
4. Must possess strong conceptual and writing skills
5. Analytical, logical, and innovative mind
6. Ability to explain complex concepts using simple language
7. Should have a pen tablet
8. Excellent written verbal and communication skills
9. Prior teaching experience will be preferred
