1. Partner with leaders within the organization to track the ongoing hiring needs of their business
2. Manage end-to-end recruitment of open roles including understanding business needs, drafting job specifications, sourcing, and screening candidates, conducting candidate interviews and managing the recruitment process with various stakeholders, reference checking, and offer management
3. Work on being an asset to the team in whichever capacity you deem fit
4. Lead the onboarding process of new hires
5. Lead different initiatives to build the company brand and Culture.
6. Responsible for maintaining vendor contracts
7. Capability to manage employee data, employee records including documentation, and internal HRIS systems
8. Perform all employee on/off-boarding tasks including background verification
9. Support office supplies, administration, inventory management, and other food & snacks related arrangements
Skill(s) required:
1. Candidate should be confident, balanced with logical and practical thinking, focused, able to handle the pressure and quality
2. Proficiency in written/email and verbal communication
3. Functional knowledge of excel, and MS Office, and understanding of PnL/Finance will increase the chances of selection
4. Ability to interact with all levels of the organization in a professional manner
5. Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage projects in an extremely fast-paced environment
