About the job
As a people operations associate, you will be responsible for executing activities related to multiple sub-domains of the people operations department, viz. end-to-end recruitment & ATS management, vendors & partners' management, attendance & payroll management, policies & culture management, etc. You will work closely with management in setting up weekly/monthly hiring targets and setting up a road map to establish a working culture at Acropolis. This position reports directly to CEO and is located in Noida, India.

Key responsibilities:

1. Identify, understand & fill the tech and non-tech job openings, including C2C and C2H hiring needs in the minimum possible time
2. Research and prepare accurate & evoking JDs
3. Post opening on all possible sourcing platforms
4. Manage on-hold/filled positions
5. Update the pool of sources/platform/resources
6. Maintain the record of all applicants on ATS
7. Respond to every single application/communication to the HR department
8. Set up interviews and ensure candidate availability in real-time
9. Take regular follow-ups and maintain communication with selected candidates
10. Conduct background verifications
11. Ensure a seamless onboarding process

A. Payroll & attendance management activities

1. Draft administrative letters, viz. offer & appointment letter, salary annexures, etc.
2. Maintain a human resource management system
3. Maintain end-to-end accounting including salary calculations
4. Release payslips post disbursal of salaries
5. Maintain a record of approved expenses
6. Maintain calendar/plan for yearly/performance-based appraisals
7. Use adequate tools for payroll and attendance management & stay updated about industry standards

B. Culture & decorum related activities

1. Maintain & update company policies & rules/regulations
2. Ensure compliance with government guidelines
3. Establish the right employer branding
4. Set up committees and teams as per requirement.
5. Plan & execute celebrations (birthdays, festivals, etc.)
6. Ensure rich and productivity-oriented work culture
7. Ensure a periodic and smooth performance review process
8. Take disciplinary actions as per requirement
9. Conduct regular team engagement activities
10. Maintain records of asset handover & getting no dues signed by candidates before parting ways

Who can apply

1. Must have a keen interest in people operations and/or human resources as a subject

2. Must have at least 6 months of full-time work experience in HR driven profile in an IT company

3. Must possess excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

4. Must have the urge to establish high-performing people-oriented processes

5. Must not be shy or hesitant about taking follow-ups regularly, and making meaningful conversations with applicants and inquirers

6. Having the ability to perform under pressure while being calm is valuable

7. Must be eager to devise new and innovative ways of closing new openings quickly and with stability

8. Must possess strong analytical orientation and problem-solving capability

9. Must be organized, detail-oriented and shall have good time management ability

10. Must have the ability to take criticism as constructive feedback and shall offer the ability to offer constructive feedback to teammates and peers

11. Must have exposure to productivity tools such as HRMS, ATS, and other business/management productivity tools

12. Must be a professional; shall possess a high work ethic

13. Must be driven by team-centric & client experience approach

14. Shall have an inquisitive and investigative nature; high willingness to learn

15. Shouldn't hesitate from taking initiatives, shall be creative, and resourceful; a self-starter

Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: 10,000 - 15,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: 3 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed pay: 2.4 LPA

2. Other incentives: 0.6 LPA
