2. 3-5 years of relevant PPC and retention experience or related media planning experience
3. Highly passionate and keeping abreast of digital marketing industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
4. Proven track record of building winning teams and client case studies
5. Problem solver through an analytical and creative thinking mindset to navigate solutions
6. Persuasive and effective communicator
7. Experience in working, influencing, and networking within a matrix environment and driving change
8. Proficient in data analytics and making value out of a large pool of data
9. Ability to seamlessly transition from high-level creative brainstorming to conducting and analyzing experiments and paying attention to details
10. Experience with Google, specifically lead generation and app install campaigns (not Meta or sales)
