About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement performance marketing strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives
2. Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends
3. Define target audiences, key performance indicators (KPIs), and campaign budgets
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives and ensure a consistent brand experience
5. Create and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels
6. Monitor and optimize campaign performance regularly to achieve maximum ROI
7. Conduct A/B testing and use data-driven insights to improve ad copy, targeting, and landing pages
8. Stay updated with industry trends and emerging advertising platforms to explore new opportunities
9. Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and cost per acquisition (CPA)
10. Generate comprehensive reports and provide actionable recommendations for campaign optimization
11. Utilize web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts
12. Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance campaign performance
13. Conduct website and landing page audits to identify optimization opportunities
14. Collaborate with the design and development teams to implement CRO strategies
15. Test and optimize website elements, including layout, content, and calls-to-action, to improve conversion rates
16. Implement and analyze user feedback surveys and usability tests to enhance the user experience
17. Monitor and manage campaign budgets effectively to maximize ROI and meet performance goals
18. Provide recommendations on budget allocation based on campaign performance and business objectives
19. Analyze and optimize cost-efficiency across different advertising channels
