We are looking for a personal assistant in Delhi - NSP (Netaji Subhash Palace) - ONLY MALE CANDIDATES.
We are looking for an organized personal assistant to support our MD. The real estate assistant's responsibilities include telephone duties, distributing marketing materials, documentation, and reports. Good english is a must. To be successful as an assistant, you should be highly organized and socially confident. An outstanding assistant should be able to keep the office running smoothly and enable the sales agents to perform efficiently.
Key responsibilities:
1. Greeting clients, answering the telephone, and making follow-up calls
2. Preparing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements
3. Preparing real estate forms and documents
4. Coordinating showings, assisting at open houses, and obtaining feedback
5. Ordering supplies, preparing and distributing marketing materials
6. Maintaining electronic and paper filing systems
7. Preparing listing materials and posting property listings
8. Managing a client database and preparing reports
9. Assisting with closing processes
10. Performing other duties as assigned

High school diploma/GED
Degree educated preferred
Previous experience in the real estate industry is beneficial
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Strong numeracy and organizational skills
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail
Someone who lives within Delhi NCR will be preferred
Candidate should be ready to travel/visit real-time sites (complex/buildings/corporate office) or any other place within Delhi NCR
Must be a graduate
Since it is a private firm candidate should be open to happily accepting & performing other duties assigned as per peak season like handling customer queries/indulging in other areas to increase sales & other office work, coordinating with the digital marketing team & maintaining daily records of every task
Should be open for working 6 days a week
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 4,80,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 90%
2. Variable component: 10%
